驚異のビタミン、スペルミジン
スペルミジン（Spermidine）は、人を含むあらゆる生物に存在する生理活性物質「ポリアミン」の一種です。ポリアミンを含む食品としては、納豆、醤油、味噌などの大豆発酵食品などがあります。
ポリアミンを果実や切り花に付与すると長持ちすることも知られています。
